Terms & Conditions — bmx4d Platform Agreement

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account with bmx4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bmx4d is a strictly 21+ platform. Registration by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing bmx4d from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited for personal use. bmx4d is operated for the international market and targets Indonesian players; you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any guardianship, conservatorship, or other legal arrangement that restricts your capacity to contract, you may not register an account with bmx4d.
• No self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through bmx4d or any other gambling operator. If you have voluntarily self-excluded and your exclusion period is active, you must not attempt to register a new account.
• Single account: You must not hold, and must not have previously held, another account with bmx4d. Each individual is entitled to hold one account only.

3 Account Registration

When registering an account with bmx4d, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, email address, and Indonesian mobile telephone number. You further agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

bmx4d reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names — are a violation of these Terms.
• You may not register an account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your account.
• Providing false information during registration, including a false name, date of birth, or address, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bmx4d login credentials, including your username and password. bmx4d recommends using a strong, unique password of at least 12 characters and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. bmx4d will treat any activity conducted using your credentials as activity you have authorised.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bmx4d support immediately via live chat at [email protected].
• bmx4d will never contact you via email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, 2FA code, or full payment card details. Any message making such a request is not from bmx4d.
• bmx4d accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.

5 Deposits

bmx4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposit methods are subject to availability, and bmx4d reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

• Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000 per transaction, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are credited within 3–5 minutes during WIB business hours.
• Source of funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your bmx4d account are from lawful sources and that you are the legal owner of the payment method used. bmx4d reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds for any deposit.
• Deposit methods and withdrawals: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is not credited within the stated processing time, contact bmx4d support with your transaction reference number. Do not initiate a chargeback without first contacting support, as chargebacks without prior notification may result in account suspension.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from verified bmx4d accounts are processed within the timeframes stated on the Payments page. Unverified accounts may not request withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000 per transaction.
• Processing time: E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) typically settle within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 3–60 minutes during WIB business hours. Withdrawals requested outside business hours may be processed the following business morning.
• Verification requirement: bmx4d may require completion of KYC verification before processing a withdrawal. This is a one-time process per account and is not applied to every withdrawal transaction thereafter.
• Bonus funds: Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. Only the real-money Balance component may be withdrawn prior to full wagering completion.
• Right to review: bmx4d reserves the right to conduct a security review of any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. Such reviews are conducted within 24 hours and do not affect the player's underlying balance.
• Bank details accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal destination details. bmx4d accepts no liability for funds sent to an incorrect account or wallet address provided by the Member.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by bmx4d are governed by specific offer terms stated at the time of the promotion, and by the general bonus rules in this clause. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general rules, the offer-specific terms prevail.

• Each bonus offer specifies an eligibility period, a minimum qualifying deposit (where applicable), a bonus amount or percentage, a Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, and an expiry date for the wagering requirement.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain at expiry without the wagering requirement being met are removed from the account without compensation.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus wagering contributions are as follows: slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–15%, sportsbook bets placed at odds of 1.50 or higher contribute 100%, bets placed at lower odds do not contribute.
• bmx4d reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to accounts are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed to meet wagering requirements without normal gambling risk, or exploitation of technical errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• bmx4d's welcome bonus is available to new members only on their first qualifying deposit. Members who close and re-register accounts to claim a welcome bonus again are in breach of both the bonus terms and the single-account policy.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply across all bmx4d product verticals. Product-specific rules (sportsbook, live casino, slots, blackjack, scratch card) are published in the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Bet acceptance: bmx4d reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed after a market has been suspended, bets placed on the basis of erroneous odds, or bets exceeding the stated maximum stake for the relevant market.
• Erroneous odds: If odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or manifest mistake, bmx4d reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to the Member's account.
• Disconnection: In the event of a player disconnection during a live casino game or in-play sportsbook market, the result stands as determined by the game server or the relevant sports governing body. bmx4d accepts no liability for losses arising from player-side disconnections.
• Sportsbook results: All sportsbook results are determined by the relevant governing body (FIFA, PSSI, EPL, etc.) and are final once officially confirmed. bmx4d may use interim official results for settlement purposes where relevant.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction caused by a fault in the bmx4d Platform or a certified game provider's software, all affected bets are voided and stakes are returned. bmx4d does not compensate for potential winnings from a voided malfunction round.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bmx4d Platform. bmx4d reserves the right to take action up to and including immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal referral for any breach.

• Providing false personal information during registration or at any point during account operation, including KYC documentation.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name, a different name, or via a proxy or third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform in place of manual human interaction.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sportsbook markets, or bonus conditions.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform or using the Platform in connection with any criminal enterprise.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law, where doing so exposes bmx4d to legal liability.
• Using another person's payment method, identity, or account without their explicit authorisation.

10 Account Closure

Closure by the Member: You may request closure of your bmx4d account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any real-money Balance must be withdrawn to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Closure by bmx4d: bmx4d may close or suspend your account at any time for the following reasons, without limitation: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a stated deadline; or account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or wagering activity.

Inactive accounts: Accounts with a positive real-money Balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bmx4d will make reasonable efforts to contact the Member via their registered email address before any dormancy fees are applied. Dormancy administration fees, where applied, will not reduce the Balance below zero.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmx4d's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their bmx4d account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bmx4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• bmx4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur. bmx4d will make reasonable efforts to notify Members of scheduled downtime in advance.
• bmx4d is not liable for losses arising from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or regulatory interventions.
• You acknowledge that all gambling activities carry inherent financial risk and that past results do not predict or guarantee future outcomes. bmx4d provides the Platform as a medium for gambling entertainment and does not guarantee any return on wagers placed.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmx4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, user interface, game graphics supplied by third-party providers, written content, and structural layout — is the property of bmx4d or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any bmx4d content without prior written authorisation from bmx4d.
• You may not use the bmx4d brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or association with bmx4d without explicit written consent.
• Game content supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.) is licensed to bmx4d for Platform use only; you acquire no rights in that content by virtue of playing.

13 Privacy & Data

bmx4d processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

Key data processing activities include: identity verification (KYC), fraud detection, payment processing, account management, promotional communications (where opted in), and regulatory compliance. bmx4d does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

14 Responsible Gaming

bmx4d is committed to providing a safe gambling environment for all Members. The Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and over. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Members at no cost, accessible directly from the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reductions apply immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Reduction takes immediate effect.
• Session time limits: Receive an on-screen alert after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Reality check prompts: Display a summary of your session duration and net result at regular intervals during play.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for a cooling-off period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect. If you wish to self-exclude permanently, contact bmx4d support directly.

15 Amendments to These Terms

bmx4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to active Members via the registered email address and/or via a notification displayed upon next login, with a minimum notice period of 7 days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the bmx4d Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and withdraw your Balance before the effective date of the changes.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the bmx4d Platform is licensed and operated internationally. The specific governing jurisdiction is confirmed in the Platform's licensing documentation, available on request via [email protected].

In the event of any dispute between you and bmx4d arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through bmx4d's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 — Informal resolution: Contact bmx4d support via live chat or email, describing the nature of the dispute and the resolution sought. bmx4d will acknowledge the dispute within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 WIB business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1, you may escalate the matter in writing to bmx4d's senior compliance team at [email protected] with "Dispute Escalation" in the subject line. A final decision will be issued within 10 WIB business days.
• Step 3 — External resolution: If the dispute remains unresolved after Step 2, it may be referred to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution body as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation.
