bmx4d collects only the personal data that is necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We do not collect biometric data, social media profile data, or location data beyond the country level required for compliance and fraud screening.
In the event of a data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, bmx4d will notify affected Members via their registered email address within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident, where technically and legally feasible.
When this Privacy Policy is materially amended, bmx4d notifies active Members via registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The current version and effective date are always displayed at the top of this page.
The following terms carry the meanings defined below throughout this Privacy Policy.

bmx4d acts as the data controller in respect of all Personal Data collected from Members and website visitors. As data controller, bmx4d determines the purposes and means by which Personal Data is processed and bears primary responsibility for ensuring that such processing is conducted lawfully and transparently.
For all data protection matters, including the exercise of your rights under Section 10 of this Policy, you may contact bmx4d's data protection team at the address provided in Section 16. All data protection correspondence is handled in English. Indonesian-speaking support agents are also available via live chat for Members who prefer to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia.
bmx4d collects Personal Data in the following categories, limited to what is necessary for the purposes described in Section 5.

bmx4d uses first-party cookies and similar browser-based tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. No third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels are used on bmx4d.club.
You may manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser's privacy settings. Disabling functional or analytics cookies will not prevent you from using the Platform, but may affect the continuity of certain personalisation features.
bmx4d retains Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to any longer retention periods required by applicable law. The following retention schedule reflects bmx4d's standard practice.

Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised data may be retained indefinitely for aggregated statistical analysis.
bmx4d implements technical and organisational security measures proportionate to the risk of the Personal Data it processes. These measures include, but are not limited to:
Notwithstanding these measures, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. bmx4d encourages all Members to use a strong, unique password for their bmx4d account and to enable 2FA from their account security settings. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, contact bmx4d support immediately via live chat.
bmx4d recognises the following rights in respect of your Personal Data. To exercise any of these rights, contact the bmx4d data protection team as described in Section 16. Requests are actioned within 30 calendar days of receipt; where a request is complex or numerous, the response period may be extended by a further 60 days with prior notice.
Request a copy of the Personal Data bmx4d holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data. Account details such as email address and phone number can also be updated directly from your account settings.
Request deletion of your Personal Data where bmx4d no longer has a lawful basis to retain it. Note that certain data must be retained to meet legal and regulatory obligations even after account closure.
Request that bmx4d restricts processing of your Personal Data in specific circumstances, such as while you contest the accuracy of data held, or while a complaint is under review.
Request a copy of Personal Data you provided to bmx4d in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON or CSV) where technically feasible and where processing is based on contract or consent.
Object to processing of your Personal Data where bmx4d relies on legitimate interest as the legal basis, including the use of your data for direct marketing purposes.
bmx4d will not charge a fee for exercising any of the rights listed above unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply. bmx4d will always explain its reasoning before applying any such fee.
bmx4d is strictly an adults-only platform. Registration is open only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. bmx4d does not knowingly collect, process, or retain Personal Data from any person under the age of 21.
If bmx4d becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, the associated account will be immediately suspended, all Personal Data belonging to that individual will be deleted as promptly as technically possible, and any balance in the account will be dealt with in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering procedures.
The bmx4d Platform does not contain links to external third-party websites for browsing or commercial purposes. Game content streamed from certified third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, or Microgaming) is delivered within the bmx4d Platform environment under data processing agreements. bmx4d is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of game content providers beyond the contractual obligations described in Section 6.
bmx4d's primary operations are conducted from a jurisdiction outside Indonesia. As a result, your Personal Data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than Indonesia, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those applicable in Indonesia.
Where such transfers occur, bmx4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your Personal Data, including the use of contractual data protection clauses with all Third-Party Processors that receive Personal Data in international jurisdictions. bmx4d does not transfer Personal Data to countries that do not provide adequate data protection safeguards without first implementing appropriate protective measures.

bmx4d reviews this Privacy Policy periodically and updates it as necessary to reflect changes in operational practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform features. The current version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this page at all times.
Where a material change is made to this Privacy Policy — meaning a change that meaningfully affects how bmx4d processes your Personal Data or reduces your rights — bmx4d will notify active Members via the registered email address at least 7 days before the updated Policy takes effect. Your continued use of the bmx4d Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
Non-material changes, such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Policy, or updates to contact details, may be made without advance notice. The version number in the page header will always reflect the most recent revision.
