Loss Limits

In addition to deposit caps, bmx4d allows Members to set a maximum net loss limit per day, week, or month. When your net losses hit the threshold, further wagering is paused until the limit period resets or you update the limit downward.

Choose between a deposit limit or a loss limit. Then select the time period: daily (resets every midnight WIB), weekly (resets Monday), or monthly (resets the 1st of each month).

Enter Your IDR Limit Amount

Type your chosen limit in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum limit is Rp 50.000 per day. There is no mandatory maximum — you choose what is appropriate for your budget.

Confirm — Limit Activates Immediately

Your limit is active the moment you confirm it. A confirmation email is sent to your registered address. To increase a limit, a 7-day cooling-off period applies. To reduce a limit, the change is instant.

Time-Out: Short Breaks

Time-out pauses your account for 24 hours, 72 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, or 6 weeks. You select the duration; once active, it cannot be reversed until the period expires. Access your account again automatically when the time-out ends.

Self-Exclusion: Long-Term or Permanent

Self-exclusion closes your account for 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanently. During exclusion, your account cannot be accessed, funds cannot be deposited, and you cannot re-register. Contact live support to activate self-exclusion immediately — no paperwork required.

What Happens to Your Balance?

Any remaining balance in your bmx4d account at the time of self-exclusion can be withdrawn. The withdrawal will be processed to your previously verified Indonesian bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga) within 3 WIB business days of the request.

Re-Opening After Self-Exclusion

After a self-exclusion period ends, your account is not automatically reactivated. You must contact bmx4d support directly, complete a re-activation review, and confirm in writing that you understand the risks. A 24-hour waiting period applies before account access is restored.

Marketing Opt-Out During Exclusion

When self-exclusion is activated, bmx4d immediately removes you from all marketing communications including promotional emails, bonus SMS messages, and push notifications. This opt-out remains in place for the duration of the exclusion period.
